Barbra Hormann is a Registered Nurse, with 28 years of experience at a large academic medical center in New York City. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University and her Master of Science degree from College of Mount Saint Vincent. Barbra is co-founder of My Empowerment Place, where they offer a scientific and holistic approach to stress reduction. Barbra infuses her holistic philosophy into encounters with clients, staff, and colleagues to ensure wellness in body, mind and spirit. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and Integrated Energy Therapy Advanced Level Practitioner.
