Alisa LaPolt was born in Wilmington, Delaware, and grew up in East Tennessee. She earned a degree in communications/journalism from the University of Tennessee and worked 15 years as a newspaper reporter for several major news outlets including the USA Today/Gannett chain. Since 2003, Alisa has been a professional advocate at Florida’s Capitol, lobbying for healthcare and mental health clients.  She is the co-founder of The Enlightened Link, a non-profit trade group promoting the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection. She has studied mediumship under three internationally known tutors from the Arthur Findlay College in England. As “The Strategic Intuitive,” Alisa consults with business owners and individuals seeking answers from unconventional sources: wisdom and intuition. She offers clients an insight into potential pitfalls and opportunities so they can make better decisions about their future. Alisa lives in Tallahassee, Florida, with her two rescue dogs.
