Varsha Bhongade was born and raised in Bombay, India, and, before immigrating to the United States in 1991, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Textiles from Nirmala Neketan College of Home Science, University of Bombay.  Although she has been the president of Craig's Designs Inc. in Stuart, Florida for over 17 years, she has found the time to stay in a committed relationship for the last 15.  Despite all the distractions of a business, she still holds a commercial pilot's license.  Though she swears that one day she will slow down enough to adopt a Black Lab.
