Debra Melillo, was promoted to Director of Planning and Development for Plan for Life, Inc., in four short months, having had no previous experience in the insurance or benefits consulting industries. Her background includes being an accomplished sales executive for companies like Berkshire Hathaway/The Marmon Group working with major retailers like TJX Companies, Publix, and Office Depot in the store fixtures and POP business. Additionally, she holds a Florida Real Estate Brokerage license, owning her own brokerage company for several years which included a real estate radio show. She studied Fashion Design and Merchandising at UCLA and currently resides on the Treasure Coast of Florida.
