Velma Alford is a wife, mother and grandmother. She is a speaker, author and founder of Lighten Up All Over, LLC. Velma received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Transpersonal Education . She is a Light Language teacher, a T.A.T.® Certified Professional and Trainer, and an Accelerated  Change Template (ACT) TM facilitator. Velma's most sacred passion and mission is assisting others in getting to the core of what needs healing then creating ripple effects of generational healing, health, and joy.
