Terje Kulu is a native of Estonia and spent many years on the Estonian National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. She is the owner and director of Premiere Gymnastics in Boca Raton, Florida, and after a lifetime spent as an athlete and coach, she was inspired to become an advocate for health and wellness. She now passionately shares with others how to overcome health challenges with natural solutions, healing the body from the inside out and is the owner of Rejuvenate 4 Life. Still active as a coach and speaker, she has coached a long list of state and regional champions in both traditional and rhythmic gymnastics.
