Joy Richards is passionate about supporting parents and individuals to foster strong, happy, harmonious families and relationships. She guides and empowers individuals to find solutions by teaching them to use tools and skills to become effective leaders, stay in charge, build teams, develop the art of effective communication, and effect change. As a mother, entrepreneur, Certified Professional Speaker, and Life and Parenting Coach, she serves as a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA), Women’s Prosperity Network (WPN), and International Nanny Association (INA), among other professional organizations.
