She has been facilitating and teaching for over 13 years and has trained over 20,000 participants in companies like Siemens Ltd., Bank of America Ltd., Team Builders Plus Inc., TeamLab, etc. She is adjunct faculty in management institutes like ICFAI, OCPL and OCPS in India and the US. She is also a Guardian with Masterful U. She is the Host of the weekly Free Global Telecall "Dynamic Growth with Gratitude".. She is certified in Creative Movement Therapy from Rainbow, Inc. She has Leadership certifications in Theme Centered Interaction by Elizabeth Miescher, Ruth Cohn Institute, Germany, and TISS, Mumbai, and NAC from NLP Guru Anthony Robbins.  She is also a graduate of Essence of Being.
